Shipping,    Payment,    and     Returns

Shipping:

Shipping is    $10 for a single shelf swivel and $13 for a double shelf    model to the lower 48 states.  Alaska and Hawaii please email your zip code before ordering for shipping charge.   Insurance is included free.  We currently ship to the U.S. only.  No PO boxes please.  Your order will be shipped by UPS ground which usually takes from 1 to 4 days.  We ship the same or the next day after your order is placed if you pay online (except for custom orders). 

Payment

We accept Paypal, credit cards through Paypal, cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks.  For Paypal or credit cards use the "BUY" button and sign in with Paypal. Your payment will be processed securely by Paypal. Your payment information will stay with Paypal and cannot be seen by us or anyone else.     If you do not have or want a Paypal account simply click on "continue" at the bottom of the sign in page to pay with a credit card. FOR THE ULTIMATE IN SECURITY if you prefer not to use the Paypal "BUY" links at all you may simply go to your Paypal account on your own, log on and send a Paypal payment to gregwww@bestvaluetvswivels.com and include the product number or description. You should receive a confirmation to your Paypal email address the same day. You're always fully protected with Paypal in case you find the product does not match the description. If you want an invoice before you pay just send us an email. If you are asked for a phone number during checkout it is for the UPS delivery driver and will be shared with no one else.

In the case of checks or money orders simply mail your payment and desired product number to the address in the ABOUT US section. Returns

(custom order sales are final) If for any reason you decide the product is not right for you just email me and I will send a return address label to you by mail. Just stick it on the box (please keep all packaging materials), tape it up and take it to any place that accepts UPS drop offs. This includes any packing and mail store, UPS stores and many office supply stores. If this is not convenient just let me know and I will arrange to have UPS pick up your package. Upon receipt of your return a full refund will be sent including all shipping costs. You will not lose one penny. If payment was made by Paypal or credit card an immediate refund will be made to the account. If payment was made by check or money order a refund check will be sent.
