Why not buy from the big companies?

1. The typical TV swivels available, though often priced higher than ours, are made of plastic or MDF, a dense and heavy kind of fiber board which is not as strong or as durable as the materials we use. If it is a two shelf model you probably will have to assemble it and will likely not seem very strong.

2. They are usually finished with a powder coating which has a cheap industrial feel and look.

3. You never see the swivel bearings in their ads. They are called steel ball bearings but what they don't say is that there is generally only eight balls riding on a plastic race and on top the balls are in direct contact with the wood. 4. Good customer service is rare these days. If you are lucky you will get an email of confirmation after you pay with large companies. Then you don't hear from them until the package arrives. When you order from Best Value TV Swivels your order will be shipped the same or the next day (unless noted as out of stock) and you will get three emails keeping you up to date on the status of your shipment. Shipping

Shipping is $10 for a single shelf swivel and $13 for a two shelf model to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii please email your zip code before ordering for shipping charge. Insurance is included free. We currently ship to the U.S. only. No PO boxes please. Your order will be shipped by UPS ground which usually takes 1 to 3 days. We ship the same or the next day after your order is placed if you pay online (except for custom orders).

Payment

We accept credit cards, Paypal, cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks, For Paypal or credit cards use the "BUY" button. Your payment will be processed securely by Paypal. Your payment information will stay with Paypal and cannot be seen by us or anyone else. If you do not have or want a Paypal account simply click on "continue" at the bottom of the payment page to pay with a credit card. If you prefer not to use the "BUY" links at all you may simply send a Paypal payment to gregwww@bestvaluetvswivels.com and include the product number or description. You should receive a confirmation to your Paypal email address the same day. You're always fully protected with Paypal in case you find the product does not match the description. If you would like an invoice before you pay just send us an email. If you are asked for a phone number during checkout it is for the UPS delivery driver and will be shared with no one else.

In the case of checks or money orders simply mail your payment and desired product number to the address in the ABOUT US section.
